More than 200 years ago, Mizkan challenged to make vinegar from Sakekasu (sake lees 酒粕). This started the Mizkan business and vinegar is one of main products now. After, Mizkan succeeded in expanding to other products, for example, seasoning vinegar, sauce, vinegar drinks and Natto.
